It is highly preferred that the DSA review is done through a collaborative exercise between ICSC and the local UN agencies, as they are best positioned to inform ICSC about prevailing situation about the availability and costs of rooms and meals. However, when a duty station has not submitted DSA for more than two years, ICSC will employ other methods to update DSA rates for the duty station.
