The purpose of the mobility incentive is to encourage movement of internationally recruited staff from one duty station to another in accordance with organizational needs. The definition of mobility with respect to the hardship and mobility arrangements entails the geographic reassignment of a staff member from one duty station to another, usually to another country, for a period of one year or longer.
