I have multiple residences; can you explain how to enter them?

First, identify your primary residence. If it is in the country of your duty station, or across a border in another country (but you commute to the duty station), information is entered on the Housing part of the questionnaire.

 

If you have a home in another country in which your dependents live, (but which is not your primary residence), include the maintenance for that home in the Remittances category (in the Household Expenditures section).

 

If you have a residence in another country in which dependents do not live, enter those maintenance costs in Other Expenses in the Household Expenditures part of the questionnaire and specifically identify them.

 

Please do not include expenditures (maintenance or otherwise) for investment properties, and please also exclude mortgage payments.
