Framework (Human Resources Management Booklet)
ICSC is pleased to make the electronic version of
its booklet, A Framework for Human Resources Management
available online. The framework was adopted
by ICSC and approved by the General Assembly in 2000. Hard
copies have been distributed to all United Nations common system
organizations and to diplomatic missions attached to the United
Nations in New York where the ICSC secretariat is located. The
introduction to the booklet provides a brief history of the
Framework's genesis and development.
