The Sixty Fourth Session of the Commission New York, 19 - 30 March 2007 ICSC held its sixty- fourth session at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York from 19 to 30 March 2007. The Commission discussed and made decisions or recommendations on the following: • Conditions of service   applicable to both categories   of staff, inter alia:        o Review of the pay and           benefits system;        o Contractual           arrangements, as a           special request from           the General Assembly           in resolution           A/RES/61/244; • Conditions of service of the Professional and higher categories, inter alia:        o Report of the 29th session of ACPAQ;        o Grade equivalency studies for the US SES and General Schedule;        o Implications of the enlargement of European Union. • Conditions of service of the General Service and other locally recruited categories, inter alia:        o Best prevailing conditions of employment at London report to the Commission by the panel;        o Review of the job evaluation standards for GS and related categories of staff. • Conditions of service in the field, inter alia:        o Review of entitlements in the non-family duty stations, in response to a special request from the General           Assembly in resolution A/RES/61/239.
